Nassau, May 4, 2018 – The Grand Bahama office of The Bahamas National Trust hosted representatives from Belize and the British Virgin Islands for a visit to local protected areas and meetings with law enforcement agencies. The visit is part of a programme of inter-agency meetings for representatives from protected area organizations and law enforcement

The Bahamas National Trust & Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve are accepting applications from qualified collet-level Bahamian students for three (3) internships for Summer 2018. The internship is for eight (8) weeks at forty (40) hours per week at the Leon Levy Plant Preserve in Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera.
